“On-Call” Contracts

North State Resources offers a variety of “on-call” contracting vehicles for select clients. These contracts allow clients to obtain NSR’s full range of environmental services quickly and easily under pre-negotiated terms and conditions. These “on-call” contracts can take the following forms:

  • Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with federal agencies
  • “On-call” environmental services contracts with state and local agencies, and public utility companies
  • Master services contracts with private engineering firms, developers, and non-profit organizations

Federal Contracting Vehicles

Federal agencies can obtain services from NSR under our contracts with:

  • General Services Administration
  • USDI, Bureau of Reclamation
  • USDA, Forest Service

Under these contracts, NSR provides services in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, natural resource inventory and management, wetland and endangered species studies and consultation, cultural resource studies, regulatory compliance services, geographic information systems/remote sensing, and other environmental services.

Master Services Contracts

Private companies and public agencies wishing to secure “on-call” services or program-level support can contact NSR about entering into a master services contract. Under master services contracts, labor rates, direct costs, and contract terms and conditions are pre-negotiated for a one- to four-year ordering period. Work is then conducted by NSR according to individual Task Orders issued by the client.
